Network Liaison Corporation (INLC) of Mesa, Arizona. The Company owns the websites www.MlmCompensationPlans.com, www.MlmConsultantsBlog.com and other affiliated sites along with the source code of those sites and other product and service offerings. The Company respects your privacy and does not rent, sell or share your information without your permission.
The Company is not responsible for the conduct, content or
policies of any linked site. If you go to a linked site, you should
immediately read the terms of use and the privacy policies of those sites.
When you visit a Company website, any forms you do
complete are voluntarily submitted to receive MyNetBrief™, the free
e-newsletter, or to order a paid subscription and/or other product or service.
To receive the free e-newsletter, MyNetBrief™, at the minimum, your email
address is required. In addition, you may need to supply us with your full
name, title (Mr. Ms. Mrs.), mailing address and the name of the MLM/network
marketing company with which you are associated. For other products/services,
you may be asked for the following: name, title (Mr. Mrs. Ms.), address, email
address, your company's name, company address, company title (VP Marketing, VP
Finance, etc.) phone number, fax number, credit card data if paying for a
product/service by credit card; bank routing number, check number, bank name
and address, etc. may be required for payments by bank debit. Your individual
data will be retained and regarded as business assets and hence, the Company
will treat them as transferable to a new owner should the business ever be
sold.
If you register to receive certain products and services
and you then receive a username and password, you are solely responsible for
protecting the security of that username and password. You will be solely
liable for any unauthorized use of your username and password. During any
registration process, you must submit truthful information.
Occasionally, we may ask for other information to get to
know our website visitors, customers and/or affiliates better. Individual information
will be kept confidential except that general collective group data profiles
may be made available to advertisers and/or the public. When you volunteer to
submit your phone and/or fax numbers, you are giving permission to the Company
to contact you using these numbers. The Company does not engage in spam.
If the Company is forced, by law, to surrender certain
information contained in the Company databases, the Company will comply.
Should this occur, you hold the Company, its officers, shareholders, employees,
agents and/or its vendors (as companies and/or as individuals) harmless from
all damages, including but not limited to, those which are direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential.
Viral Information Sharing
When you voluntarily use any viral sharing system (that
may be on our website or in emails) to have information sent to your friends
and business contacts, only the information you requested is sent. Should the
recipient respond back to the Company at any time to receive any additional
information, only then would we email back.

sales, to store the user name and passwords of customers and affiliates, and to
make ordering easier and faster. Other uses include, but are not limited to,

You agree that should any

utilizes, causing any interruption of the websites, services, email deliveries
and/or downloading of our information products and/or illegally capturing any
Company data relating to you or others, you will hold the Company, its
officers, shareholders, agents, employees, and vendors (as companies and/or as
individuals) harmless from any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential.

You may request to review information you submitted. We
will give you that information and allow you to correct any inaccuracies.

We respect your privacy and the Company's vendors who
handle our database, sales processing and other administrative functions have
assured the Company that it does its best to safeguard your information.

Should the Company make any changes or additions to the
Privacy Policies, Company will post them on the appropriate Company website(s)
and will do so at least 30 days prior to the date when the changes/additions
will become effective. You can always contact the Company through the
"Contact" section on our website if you do not wish that we use certain
information for a particular purpose. Check with the Privacy link on our websites occasionally for any changes.
